Hyperhidrosis Treatment Progress ToolboxWe have developed two tools to help you chart the progress of your excessive sweating condition during your treatment with DryDerm. The first tool or the Hyperhidrosis Weekly Self-Assessment Chart, allows you to rate your condition on a scale of 1 to 10. The scale is based on the frequency with which your condition impacts your ability to carry out daily activities including how you subjectively rate the severity of your sweating. The second tool, the Daily Intervention Chart, allows you to monitor the frequency of specific interventions (e.g. change of clothing) on a daily basis. The number of daily interventions should decrease as the treatment progressively inhibits the excessive sweating process.

These tools will also help determine whether you should step up to a higher strength formulation to optimize control of your sweating condition.
Following is a PDF file that includes charts to help you track the progress of your hyperhidrosis treatment. We suggest you print them out and stick them in a convenient place such a the refrigerator door. Feel free to Ask the Dry Pharmacist any questions you may have. We also welcome any comments that could help improve the tools.
